About Messages - SMS Texting
A focused, privacy-minded texting app for Android, built to make everyday SMS and MMS simpler.
Our mission
Text messages are still how banks, delivery companies, doctors and friends reach you, and inboxes fill up fast. We built Messages - SMS Texting to make that stream easier to read and easier to control: a clean interface, useful automatic sorting, and tools such as scheduling and chat lock, without asking you to hand your conversations to a server.
What we believe
Your messages are yours
Message content stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what we do and do not collect.
Honest and simple
We describe what the app does and nothing more. It is a carrier-based SMS and MMS app, and we say so.
For everyone
Translated into 31 languages, with light, dark and accent color options.
Who makes it
Messages - SMS Texting is developed and published by Dis Cam Fun Foto Sticker (KCO Apps). We are a small independent team and read the feedback we receive by email and on Google Play.

Open source notices
The app is built with open-source components. A list of open source licenses is available inside the app under About.
