1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Messages - SMS Texting mobile application (the "App") and this website, provided by Dis Cam Fun Foto Sticker ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The App
Messages - SMS Texting is an Android application for sending and receiving SMS and MMS messages through your mobile carrier. It helps you organize, search, schedule, lock and manage your text messages. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
3. Eligibility and device requirements
You must be able to form a binding agreement in your country and use the App in line with these Terms and applicable law. The App requires Android 7.0 or newer. To send and receive messages, the App must be set as your default SMS app, and some features require permissions such as SMS, Contacts, Notifications, Camera, Photos, Location, Microphone, Phone and Biometrics.
4. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on your Android devices for your own non-commercial or ordinary business messaging use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or resell the App, except where applicable law expressly allows.
5. Carrier services and charges
Messages are delivered by your mobile carrier. Standard SMS and MMS rates, data charges and roaming fees from your carrier may apply. We do not control carrier networks and are not responsible for delays, failures or charges caused by your carrier, your plan or your device settings. Features such as MMS and group MMS depend on carrier support.
6. Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the messages, media, locations and contacts you send or share using the App and for having any rights and consents needed to do so. You agree not to use the App to send unlawful, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, deceptive or spam messages, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation of the App or any network. Your messages are stored on your device; you are responsible for keeping your device and any PIN or biometrics secure.
7. Scheduled messages and reliability
Scheduled messages depend on your device, battery settings, Android permissions and network coverage, and may be delayed or fail to send. Do not rely on the App for time-critical or emergency communications. Recently deleted conversations are kept for up to 40 days and are then permanently removed. Back up anything important.
8. Advertising and ad-free time
The App is free and is supported by advertising provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. You can manage your ad consent choices in Settings. Watching a rewarded ad may give you temporary ad-free time, during which banner, full-screen and app-open ads are switched off (ads inside lists, known as native ads, still appear), subject to limits shown in the App. Ad-free time has no cash value and may be changed or discontinued.
9. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services, including Google Play services, Firebase (analytics and crash reporting), Google AdMob, OpenStreetMap-based maps and your device's speech recognition. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
11. Intellectual property
The App, its design, text, graphics and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Open-source components are used under their own licences, which are listed in the App. "Android" and "Google Play" are trademarks of Google LLC.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that messages will always be delivered, categorized correctly or recovered.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or messages, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access to the App if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
